Fieldstone Money Management, Inc. was formed to provide portfolio management services to individual investors who value a personalized investment approach. Our approach provides you with two important things that you will not get from a mutual fund or most other money managers.

• First, we provide a highly tailored investment style based on the individual client's specific goals and objectives.
• Second, we communicate with you regularly.
• Not only do we formally discuss investment performance with each client quarterly, but we also call clients when major events occur that affect the markets, explaining to them our approach in dealing with such events.
• Additionally, you can call us directly, at any time, to discuss any aspect of your portfolio.
• Fieldstone also provides these same services for retirement plans, trusts, estates and business entities.

We invest money as if it were ours.

We mean this literally, as we have our own money and that of relatives invested in many of the same securities as that of our clients.

Fieldstone Money Management, Inc. is a registered investment advisor. We are registered with the State of New York Office of the Attorney General and with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). Our investment advisor NY-ADV form is filed annually with the New York State Office of the Attorney General and is available upon request.

Fieldstone Money Mangagement, Inc. Additionally, Fieldstone has a fiduciary responsibility to each and every client and it is our goal to maintain trust; provide excellent service, good investment performance; and advice that is suitable to our clientele. It is our policy to protect the interests of our clients and to place the clients' interests first and foremost at all times. As such, we abide by honest and ethical business practices to including, but not limited to:

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
We shall endeavor to be scrupulous in avoiding any conflict of interest with regard to Fieldstone's interest. A conflict of interest occurs when an individual's private interest interferes with the interests of the firm or its clients. Matters involving a conflict of interest are prohibited as a matter of policy; however, any conflict of interest that arises in a specific situation or transaction must be disclosed by the individual and resolved before taking any action.
